With capacities ranging from 30 to 600 guests, our South Jakarta hotel’s 16 bright, spacious and elegant function rooms can accommodate a wide range of gatherings, from a sales meeting to a private wedding, birthday party or garden cocktail reception. From start to finish, our experienced banquet team will ensure that no detail is overlooked. Our stunning Ambhara Grand Ballroom easily accommodates from 30 to 600 people in one large venue or divided into four smaller function rooms. In addition, there are wide foyers for mingling and pre-function gatherings.

Grand Ballroom

To accommodate your meeting inquiries, we provide a multi functional space with equipment that can be tailored to you needs. Grand Ballroom  is a multi functional room with specially designed so that it can be modified into 4 separate meeting rooms. Even this multi functional space can be used to hold special meetings such as conferences, seminars, intimate wedding and others.

Grand Rajawali

Grand Rajawali is a part of the ballroom, the Grand Rajawali is geared for mid-range functions in theatrical style.

Board Room I

Board Room I is in fact one third of the ballroom, which is set up accordingly to handle smaller functions of people.

Board Room II

Board Room II is a convenient extension to the Isyana Ballroom and can be used to create extra space in times of need. Alternatively, this room by itself holds people when set up with theatre style seating.

Board Room III

Located on the same floor as all the other function rooms, Board Room III has been purposely designed to seat up people in a theatre style set up

Board Room IV

As the smallest meeting room at Ambhara Jakarta, Board Room IV is set up using theatre style seating to comfortably accommodate between 20 to 40 people.
